If there is an issue with your order, let us know, and we are happy to have the opportunity to resolve the situation. You may return new, unopened items for a full refund or defective items for an exchange within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility in some cases, such as unwanted or accidental orders. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases.
